The kit was a great improvement on a really good Lego, the kit was easy to install, great instructions and very bright and adjustable utilizing the remote
Lighting went on easy.Did not fit Lighting in wheels,but fitted them as back ground Lighting. Very good.

I got the Balrog version 2 light kit and it is bright and colorful. However, the instructions are not great. The written ones are nonsensical, the bags could be a little better organized and the video needs some work (and less music). It's all visual instructions and not written/spoken so it's hard to actually follow the instructions and build at the same time.
The pieces that came with the kit to replace the original ones weren't as accommodating to hiding wires as I expected/wanted and most of the wire management was through weaving them under bricks cause the outside legos to be crooked. Most of the wire management is just "hide it behind" and not actually hiding it. The switchboards on the side of the book nook stick out a bit so if you want a flush look (which most of us do with book nooks) you won't get because of a 1/4-1/2 in bump on the side. Because of this, you also get light leakage so to speak that hinders the impact of the lighting.
Be warned, if you have big hands/fingers, this will be a pain in the butt. Super tiny pieces. The lights do have a lot of power but they eat through AAAs in max 7 hours.

Disappointing email that was so discouraging about a return. That info should have been in big bold letters when purchasing.
It looks cool when it’s all installed although a piece was broken and I’m still waiting for a replacement part. But the directions are a nightmare. The video doesn’t match the written description. The video doesn’t show how to tuck the wires so they are hanging all over. Written directions are mostly easy to follow. Overall it was fine. Not sure I’d purchase again.

The only issue is that it didn't come with the USB power cord, just the battery pack. I prefer the USB power supply.
Although it took a bit, the wires were perfect to complete the Lego lantern I was finishing. I contacted the original company to get 2 wires that were missing and never heard back. I will purchase any lighting for my next projects from Brickbling. Thank you so much!!! 😊
So far I like a lot of things about your lighting products compared to other companies. But, unlike other companies, I find it extremely difficult finding on line instructions. And I do prefer videos to written, picture instructions. I found a pdf for the steamboat, but have not found a video.
So much fun to put together and really takes these characters to the next level. The video was easy to follow and everything came really well packaged. Only feedback is that a QR code linked to the video would have been better than having to type out the link to the video.
This was our first time ordering BrickBling. This kit was amazing and my teen loved it. All parts and directions were clear. It is her new nightlight in her room. I have already told all my friends about it.
