🌑💥1. Super Laser Emitter (green cannon in the upper left corner)
- Uses high-brightness green LEDs, supplemented by dynamic flashing and breathing effects, to simulate the process of energy accumulation and instantaneous release.
- Multiple light sources converge towards the center, enhancing the sense of sci-fi tension and explosiveness.
👑⚡️2. Emperor's Council Chamber (the area with the emperor and guards in the upper right corner)
- Uses cool purple and deep blue lighting to create a solemn and oppressive atmosphere.
- Light is concentrated on the Emperor's chair and guards, highlighting the majesty and control of the Dark Side.
🤖🔦3. Prison and Torture Chamber (Chebika imprisonment scene in the center left)
- The roof is dotted with small white lights, highlighting a cold and confined feeling, creating a tense atmosphere of escape.
🛸🚀4. Garbage Compactor (orange area in the lower left)
- Dark red lighting is used to simulate a dangerous, mechanical feel and oppressive feeling.
⚔️✨5. Imperial Conference Room/Command Center (desk and screen area on the right)
- Teal dot lights are used on the screens and control consoles, highlighting the high-tech feel and the cold order of the Empire.
- The background is lit with low-brightness white light, creating a sense of depth and highlighting the interactive scenes with the puppets.

- Cool white lighting illuminates the entire interior of the hangar, simulating the lighting effects of a spaceport and recreating its grandeur.

What’s the difference between the classic version and the remote control version?
Both the classic and remote versions offer the same rich and realistic lighting effects. The key difference is that the remote control version allows you to remotely turn the lights of the super laser emitter (green cannon in the upper left corner), making it more convenient and enjoyable to use.
The remote control uses infrared sensing technology with a control range of up to 10 meters. It is powered by a CR2032 battery.

It depends on the battery and the number of lights connected. If the battery drains, it will get dimmed until you add a new one.

The light kit brings the death star to life. Looks amazing. I did swap 2 leds to light up the lightening bolts on Emperor Palpatineas hands and I used the other 2 to light up the little round unit Luke is hanging on.

The final result is fantastic; installing this lighting kit is essential to showcasing the Death Star in all its glory. The assembly tutorial is excellent, and it's easy to install compared to other well-known brands. I recommend it 100%.
Thanks to the detailed video the set was easy to install and lights up my Lego set very nicely. It took about 5 Hours and did not need any Major dismantling. The quality is excellent and I can recommend it without any doubts!
I just installed this and was going to do it while I built the Death Star to make it easier. But, you really do not need to do that. You can easily install this after you've built. Great kit. Love the lights. Only wish would be to make the some of the lights blink on/off. Not just the super laser. I'll have a video on my channel soon! brandonontech
Very fiddly didn’t realise it was going to be so difficult.
Some of the pieces not of great quality eg the round Perspex discs that have cut outs for the cables, just literally a crack in the side which then makes them difficult to stick to the original LEGO as it is a loose connection.
I persevered however and I am soo pleased with the results. Recommend to anyone the difference it makes as a display piece
The light kit is stunning. Some of the directions were a little hard to understand, Need more detail.
Hard for people with fat fingers.
All that said, the kit is great to look at.

This is my first light kit I’ve bought/installed for a Lego set and my goodness, it was tough! It took me about 3hrs to fully install but it is 100% worth it! Really brings out each and every detail/room in this giant set, can’t believe I was displaying the Death Star without it!!
Pas facile a monter, faut etre tres tres patient, mais les vidéos sont bien détaillées. L effet est top.

It was great but the USB over heated. It may be bc of the charger connector. Changed to the USB-C and it worked fine. No idea why you'd have a remote if it doesn't do much. I rewired it and placed the small mother board ay the connecter to be able to turn the whole Death Star on at once. I just need 2x6 connecters.
