Most of the lights worked except a few .. still waiting to hear back from them

I purchased these lights so i could have it wireless hanging on my wall.
At first it was confusing to find the correct instruction video. The wires are difficult to connect however it comes with tweezers that do help.
The controler doesnt come with a battery for the remote control.
They worked for around 2 hours then started malfunctioning. Changed 3xAAA batteries and a minute later malfunctioning again. Lights turn off intermittently resulting in them not being of any use. So now i cannot use them waste of money.
I have contacted the company and have not had a response in 3 days so far.

Schade, dass man sich ein bisschen die Funktionen fürs spielen versaut, doch es sieht super aus. Tolle Lichtmodi und leuchtende Farben. Das Handbuch hab ich auf Anhieb ohne Fehler verstanden und das obwohl ich so etwas noch nie gemacht habe.

It is an excellent set but the lights made it outstanding.
Very easy to attach and use.
It was great!! One of my double clear light strips doesn't work though. Need to order a replacement on pay day.
