What’s the difference between the classic version and the remote control version?
Both the Classic Version and the Remote Control Version offer the same rich and immersive lighting effects.
The key difference is that the Remote Control Version allows you to switch between lighting modes, adjust brightness, and turn the lights on or off from a distance, making it more convenient and enjoyable to use.
The remote control uses infrared sensing technology with a control range of up to 10 meters. It is powered by a CR2032 battery.

Made my Goonies Inferno Build look so much better.
Perfect set for lights. All the deep diorama scenes with all the details need lights to show off. It was easy to install for a first timer, only part that didn't fit well was the light bulb at the skull cave noise. Dab of sticky-tack kept it in place. Cable management is efficient and well hidden for the set.

Completely necessary! The set looks naked without the light set. I only wish it had directions to install while putting the ship together instead of only installing after the set was complete

So excited to get this light set. Makes the Goonies ship extra special. Lights up each area of the build so you can see more detail. 1st time used a light kit and superimpressed with this. Loved the fact it has a remote control. Only downside is cable is very short so will need to use in an extension lead if plugging it in to mains. Definitely would recommend this addition to Goonies ship

Looks ok but time will tell as it’s a part of the Xmas present.
The manual gets hard to follow at the end. They built the sail wrong and that threw me off but I made it work. Once complete it looks really good.
This adds so much to the Lego set but was a bit difficult to add the lights to everything. Instructions were a bit confusing in some parts but other than that it went smooth.
